Refund Policy

All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection, change of preference, or ordering errors, so please review sizing and product details carefully before placing an order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item, a product with a printing or production error, or the wrong item entirely, contact us at support@clubshepherd.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun but will do our best to help.
